Artak Davtyan Invited to Prosecutor's Office: Details

The former Chief of Staff of the RA Armed Forces, Artak Davtyan, has been summoned to the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia concerning his property. An investigation has been carried out by the RA Prosecutor General's Office, resulting in the compilation of a summary report. This information was published on the official announcements platform ‘Azdarar’.

Davtyan has been invited to the Department of Seizure of Illegally Obtained Property at the RA Prosecutor General's Office. The announcement states: “You have the right to appear at the Department of Seizure of Illegally Obtained Property of the RA Prosecutor General's Office within one month from receiving this notice to familiarize yourself with the case materials, present your position, and submit a declaration.”

It is also reported that Davtyan must appear at the Prosecutor's Office on October 18 at 15:30. If it is impossible to attend on that date and time, he is required to agree on another date and time.
