Zelensky Outlines Expectations from Macron

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented Ukraine's victory plan to French President Emmanuel Macron during a meeting in Paris on Thursday.

“Today, I shared our plans and the victory strategy, as well as the current situation on the battlefield with Emmanuel Macron,” Zelensky said while summarizing the meeting with Macron.

He expressed gratitude to Macron and France for supporting Ukraine since the outset of Russia's large-scale invasion. “I am very grateful not only for today's meeting but for everything you have done up to this point. We are preparing for winter, and we need your support,” Zelensky stated.

He emphasized that Ukraine's armed forces are currently experiencing a serious shortage of weapons and is hoping for assistance from France.
