Israel Bombs Central Beirut

Israel has bombed central Beirut. There are casualties and injuries reported. This has been confirmed by Israeli media.

"The target of the operation is Wafiq Safa, the Hezbollah coordinator for foreign relations," the media reports state.

It is worth mentioning that on September 23, Israel began Operation "Northern Arrows" against Hezbollah formations in Lebanon, during which it carried out massive airstrikes on military facilities of this Shia organization.
