Prosecutor's Office Demands Seizure of Over Ten Real Estate Properties from Davit Harutyunyan
The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted for consideration on September 30, 2024, the next lawsuit filed by the Office of the Prosecutor General regarding the confiscation of illegally obtained property. As reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia, the department dealing with the confiscation of illegally obtained property has submitted a demand to the court to seize 12 real estate properties, 3 movable properties, and 723 million drams from former Minister of Justice Davit Harutyunyan and associated individuals in favor of the Republic of Armenia.
