Kim Jong Un has promised to use nuclear weapons if North Korea's sovereignty is threatened. He stated that North Korea is "not hesitant" to deploy its entire arsenal against South Korea or its allies, including the United States. The declaration was made at a special forces training base, according to KCNA.
