Azerbaijan Poses New Demands

The Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, has reiterated Aliyev's statements regarding the punishment of those responsible for 'military crimes.' He stated, 'Armenia must demonstrate its genuine commitment to justice and post-conflict peace by recognizing its state responsibility for all these crimes and properly investigating and punishing all military criminals.'

It is noteworthy that a similar statement was made by Aliyev a few days ago, declaring that if Armenia seeks peace, it 'must' punish those who committed atrocities against Azerbaijanis.
