Iran Warns the US Through Qatar

Iran has warned the United States through Qatar that it will no longer exercise unilateral restraint following missile strikes on Israel. This was reported by Al Jazeera, citing its sources.

“In our message conveyed to Washington through indirect communication channels, we have confirmed that the phase of restraint has only ended on one side, and that unilateral restraint does not correspond to our national security needs,” the channel quoted an Iranian official as saying.

The interlocutor also emphasized that Tehran has promised Washington a “remarkable response” to Tel Aviv’s military actions. Furthermore, he added that the Iranian side does not seek regional conflict and aims to practically restrain Israel.
