Azerbaijan is not very inclined to sign a peace treaty, says Pashinyan

During a Q&A session in the National Assembly, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the negotiations surrounding the peace treaty. He stated, “The fact that Azerbaijan is introducing new topics into the field indicates that it is not very inclined to sign a peace treaty. Our political task is to change the overall environment and atmosphere so that the signing of a peace treaty becomes realistic.”

In response to a question from Agnesa Khamoyan, a member of the ‘Armenia’ faction, on how he guarantees this, he replied, “I guarantee peace through the consistent, unwavering, principled, and decisive implementation of the peace agenda.”
