Biden Orders Destruction of Iranian Missiles

U.S. President Joe Biden has ordered American military personnel to intercept missiles launched by Iran aimed at attacking Israel. This was announced by the White House.

According to the White House statement, President Biden has directed U.S. forces to support Israel in defending against Iranian attacks. Furthermore, the American leader is receiving regular updates about the situation in Israel, reports RIA Novosti.

However, Fars news agency cites its sources, stating that at least 80% of the missiles fired by Iran have struck Israeli targets. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claims that the Iranian missiles have destroyed various objects, including a military base and gas platforms in the Mediterranean Sea.

It is noteworthy that Iran has launched more than 500 ballistic and cruise missiles towards Israel. Local media have been reporting casualties.
