Trump Claims Biden is Mentally Deteriorating, Harris was Born that Way

Former President Donald Trump, during a campaign speech in Wisconsin, labeled Vice President Kamala Harris and current President Joe Biden as mentally deficient. “Joe Biden has become mentally impaired, Kamala was born that way,” he stated.

According to Trump, only mentally impaired individuals could implement the immigration policies that have caused problems for the United States today.
