Lavrov Responds to Turkey's S-400 Sales Possibility
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, commenting on the possibility of selling S-400 systems supplied by Russia for Turkey's acquisition of American F-35 fighter jets, stated that the contracts contain a column for the end-user certificate that requires the supplier's consent.
