Armenia's Ministry of Defense Issues Statement

The statement from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense, claiming that on September 28 at 23:20, Armenian Armed Forces units opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions located in the southwestern section of the border zone, is not accurate.

It is worth noting that the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia had proposed establishing a joint mechanism for investigating incidents of ceasefire violations and/or reports related to them between Armenia and Azerbaijan, to which Azerbaijan has yet to respond.
