Video: Driving School Teacher Charged with Fraud

The police department of Armavir has uncovered a case of fraud in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Registration and Licensing Department.

According to police reports, a 32-year-old resident of Armavir city had taken money from a citizen in exchange for a driver's license.

It was revealed that on July 11, the individual transferred 100,000 drams through an acquaintance to the 32-year-old, who had presented himself as a driving school teacher. He promised to use his connections to provide the driver's license in return for the money but has yet to fulfill this promise, providing various excuses, and has unlawfully taken the money.

The documents have been sent to the regional investigative department of Armavir. We urge our citizens not to resort to illegal methods to obtain any documents, to be wary of such scams, and to contact law enforcement in case of any suspicious transactions.
