Metakse Hakobyan Responds to Alen Simonian

RA National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonian once again showcased his true nature in Yerevan's Yerablur, in the presence of numerous people. This was stated by Metakse Hakobyan, a member of the Artsakh National Assembly’s ‘Justice’ faction, in a conversation with Sputnik Armenia.

“I didn’t do anything extraordinary to him; I merely stated a fact in highly competent Armenian. I said ‘murderers, genociders.’ I believe that is a normal way to describe what they have done to date,” Hakobyan said.

She noted that she does not intend to go to court solely for insults. According to her, the authorities of the Republic of Armenia should be held accountable for more global issues. “I plan to remove them from power in a legal way. That is the only solution,” she said.

According to the Artsakh MP, the current authorities of Armenia came to power in 2018 under a planned scenario to do what they needed to do, and they did it. Hakobyan believes there are no other guilty parties, and those who attempt to attach blame to the current authorities have their own 'projects.'

Earlier, a video circulated online where Alen Simonian, while passing by Metakse Hakobyan in Yerablur and responding to her remark, stated, “Get this piece of garbage out of here.”
