Sargis Galstyan Refuses Self-Incriminating Testimony: Lawyer

After the forced displacement of the population from Artsakh, Sargis Galstyan, who remained in Stepanakert, has refused to give self-incriminating testimony, which, according to his lawyer Alexander Kochubaev, was provided under duress.

It is noteworthy that Sargis Galstyan stayed in Stepanakert with his wife after the depopulation of Artsakh, even though only a few dozen Armenians remained in Artsakh, who were also being transferred to Yerevan through the ICRC.
