Criminal Case Against Officials in Prime Minister Pashinyan's Motorcade Related to Pregnant Woman's Accident to Be Terminated
According to the decision of the RA Court of Appeal, Sona Mnatsakanyan, who was injured by the Prime Minister's motorcade, has led to a decision by the supervising prosecutor in the criminal case against the officials in charge of the motorcade to terminate the criminal proceedings against them. This information was provided by Raffi Aslanyan.
“The pre-investigation in the criminal case has evidently been conducted arbitrarily, unilaterally, and visibly directed. There have been almost no measures taken regarding the circumstances of the disappearance of the mandatory recording of the radio communication during the escort, which has also violated the provisions of the decision of the RA Court of Appeal. Therefore, the injured party will again make the decisions subject to judicial appeal, although it is understandable what the outcome of the appeals will be under the current conditions of power,” he wrote.
