'President Erdoğan stated that Turkey is ready to take all possible measures of support, including mediation, to achieve a fair and sustainable peace, and that efforts will continue to revive the Black Sea grain initiative and reach a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia, which could open the door to peace,' the statement said.
