Erdogan to Hold Talks with Pashinyan: What We Know
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will hold talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and Iranian leader Masoud Pezeshkian during his visit to the United States for the UN General Assembly, according to Sabah newspaper.
"Erdogan will have bilateral meetings with many world leaders and will receive most of them at the Turkish diplomatic symbol, the 'Turkish House' in New York (the building is located opposite the UN headquarters in New York)," the publication reports.
Among those expected to meet with Erdogan are Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia, President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, Kuwait's Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
Earlier, Anadolu Agency reported that the central theme of Turkey's leader's speech at the UN General Assembly will be the situation in Gaza.
