Russian Armed Forces Strike Residential Building in Kharkiv: Casualties Reported

In Kharkiv, two Russian airstrikes have hit two residential high-rise buildings in the Kyivskyi and Saltivskyi districts, reported the city's mayor Ihor Terekhov on September 24.

Destruction has been recorded from the third to the eighth floors of the residential building in the Kyivskyi district. According to Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv regional administration, three individuals have been killed and 22 others injured.

Data from public monitoring indicate that four explosions were heard during the Russian assault in Kharkiv.
