Revanchist Forces are Rising in Armenia, Says Aliyev

Revanchist forces are rising in Armenia, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated today during the first session of the 7th convocation of the Milli Majlis.

“These are not just marginal political elements; the current authorities of Armenia live with the same thoughts and dreams. Although they say different things in words, their actions and politics create a completely opposite image. They do not want to reconcile with the outcomes of the Second Karabakh War and the anti-terrorist operation. This is evidenced by the formal maintenance of the Minsk Group to this day, which has no operational significance,” said the Azerbaijani leader, emphasizing that their number one issue is military strengthening.
