What is the Status of the Electric Vehicle Import Quota?
The State Revenue Committee reports that as of September 16, the remaining quota for the 0% import duty rate for electric vehicles classified under HS code 8703 80 000 2 stands at 876 units.
It is worth noting that for 2024, a customs exemption allowing for a 0% import duty rate is planned to facilitate the import of 7,400 electric vehicles from third countries to Armenia.
