VIDEO: Floods in Central Europe Reach Odessa

Due to heavy rain, Odessa has been submerged in water. Streets and courtyards have been flooded, disrupting traffic.
Train services to Ukraine have been canceled due to the floods in Poland and the Czech Republic. While Central and Eastern European countries are grappling with these floods, Austria is covered in snow.
It is noteworthy that the abnormal rainfall has been caused by the "Boris cyclone," which originated in northern Italy.
