Former UK Ministers Urge Prime Minister Not to Wait for US Response
Lilit A.
Five former UK defense ministers and former Prime Minister Boris Johnson have urged the current government leader to lift restrictions on the use of long-range missiles. They believe such a decision should be made even without US approval. Refusing to make a decision in favor of Ukraine is considered a 'dereliction of duty.'
Former Prime Minister Johnson opined that there is no reason to delay the decision.
It is noteworthy that Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that lifting restrictions would mean NATO countries' direct involvement in the military conflict. He pledged that Moscow would not leave this unaddressed.
