Air Temperature to Decrease; Rain and Thunderstorms Expected

In Yerevan, dry weather is expected during the day on September 15. However, rain and thunderstorms are forecasted on the evening of September 16 and intermittently from September 17 to 20. During thunderstorms, wind gusts are expected to reach speeds of 16-18 m/s.

“In various regions of the republic, after noon on September 15 and during the evening hours of the 16th, rain and thunderstorms are expected intermittently in significant parts of the regions from the 17th to the 20th. Fog is also anticipated in certain areas. The wind will be directed from the northwest at 2-5 m/s, with gusts reaching 18-20 m/s during thunderstorms. The air temperature will gradually decrease by 3-5 degrees on September 15, and by 5-7 degrees in Lori, Tavush, and Syunik,” the statement noted.
