VIDEO: Russia and Ukraine Exchange Prisoners

A prisoner exchange has taken place between Russia and Ukraine. Following negotiations, 103 Russian servicemen who were captured in the Kursk region have been returned, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

In exchange, 103 prisoners of war have been transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The United Arab Emirates has played a mediating role in these efforts.
