Disruptions have occurred in the operations of the Wildberries online store. According to reports from Wildberries and Russ’s press service to RIA Novosti, some users' orders were canceled prematurely, but specialists are already working on resolving the issue.

“Some users' orders at Wildberries may have been canceled prematurely. The company’s specialists are working to restore the proper functioning of the online store,” the company stated.

It has been reported that the status of orders will be updated and corrected in the near future, after which they will be available for collection as usual. “The amount charged for the delivery of returned items will be refunded as soon as possible,” the company's press service added.
