Traffic Jam of Nearly 3 km Established on Yerevan-Ashtarak Road

On September 13, an emergency situation occurred on the Yerevan-Ashtarak highway. According to Shamshyan, a truck belonging to the "Coca-Cola" company blocked the section of the road leading to Ashtarak due to a damage on the front right wheel. The traffic jam has reached nearly 3 kilometers.

Police officers from the Kotayk regional division of the Armenian Police's Patrol Service are working intensively at the scene, led by the deputy commander of the division, Levon Badalyan, senior inspector Artak Asatryan, inspector Karl Baghyan, and squad commander David Hovhannisyan.

Photojournalists report that some drivers, claiming to be landowners, were involved in a heated argument.
