Armenian Businessman Arrested in Russia for Embezzlement from Ministry of Defense

An Armenian businessman, Suren Grigoryan, has been arrested in Krasnodar on charges of embezzling funds from the Russian Ministry of Defense. According to reports, Grigoryan is suspected of stealing over 7.2 million rubles during the reconstruction of a dormitory for cadets at the Krasnodar Higher Military School.

The arrest was made by local police and is part of a criminal case involving large-scale fraud.
