British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin can end the war at any moment. Speaking with reporters on a plane ahead of a visit to Washington, Starmer stated that Ukraine has the right to self-defense.

“Russia started this war by unlawfully invading Ukraine. And it is precisely Russia that can end this war right now. I will be consulting with the White House on further support for Kyiv,” said Starmer.
