The Bronze Statue of Goddess Anahit to be Displayed at the Museum of the History of Armenia
For the first time, on September 21, as part of the celebrations of the Republic of Armenia's Independence Day, the preserved head and hand of the famous bronze statue attributed to the goddess Anahit, discovered in Satagh, will be displayed at the Museum of the History of Armenia. This will be part of the exhibition titled "Mother Divinity: From Anahit to Mary." The statue will be exhibited alongside various archaeological, ethnographic, numismatic, and artistic artifacts related to the theme of motherhood from different historical periods.
In order to promote this important event and ensure it reaches a wider audience, a digital and physical advertising campaign will be implemented with appropriate marketing tools ahead of the exhibition. The government has approved a decision for this purpose.
Promotional posters for the exhibition will be installed in Yerevan, while digital promotion will take place throughout the Republic. Additionally, on September 21, in connection with Independence Day, a flash mob will be organized at 8-10 different locations around the city, featuring plastic performers and human statues. Children will also participate to inform citizens about the exhibition's opening and the arrival of the statue.
