Russian Army 'Draining' Ukrainian Forces, Lavrov Says
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated during a meeting with foreign ambassadors regarding Ukraine that the West has long lifted restrictions on Kyiv's ability to strike Russia with long-range weapons.
During the meeting, Lavrov made additional remarks including:
- NATO experts are coordinating strikes on Russian infrastructure targets and providing data from space intelligence.
- There are reports that Ukrainian intelligence emissaries are present in Idlib, Syria, for the purpose of recruiting militants.
- The Russian army is already 'draining' Ukrainian forces near the Kursk region.
- The situation around the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant remains tense as before.
- Russia seeks to resolve the Ukraine conflict, but the West is not ready for honest diplomacy.
