New Queue Management System at the Migration Service

The queue management system for public services provided by the Migration and Citizenship Service has been re-launched, accessible at migration.e-gov.am. The electronic queue has been alleviated, and starting today, a larger number of windows are available for registration.

Simultaneously, services are also provided through a physical queue format using tickets issued by a queue machine. It is emphasized that priority is given to those who register online; therefore, citizens are urged to register online before approaching the service.

A citizen who approaches without prior registration will need to assess the possibility of being served on that day based on the existing crowding.

The hybrid queue management model is being implemented in phases. Starting today, it is fully available at all 11 territorial divisions in Yerevan, and it will be introduced in 19 regional divisions in the upcoming week, with plans for nationwide implementation by the end of the year.
