Danielyan Made a Statement Not Corresponding to Reality: Prosecutor's Office

In a statement during the Q&A session between the National Assembly and the Government on September 11, member of the "Armenia" faction, Garnik Danielyan, made a statement regarding border demarcation works that does not correspond to reality, as reported by the advisor to the Prosecutor General, Lusine Martirosyan.

Specifically, he said: "Last time I also mentioned, people have the cadastre certificates in their hands... By the way, the Prosecutor's Office has also considered those cadastre certificates as legitimate..." Martirosyan noted that the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia has not yet expressed a position or provided evaluations regarding the legality of the aforementioned cadastre certificates.
