Video: Another Building Demolished in Yerevan

Today a building was demolished on Paruir Sevak Street in Yerevan. Facebook user David Hayrapetyan has shared videos of the event. He wrote, “It is very interesting whether the mayor's office will fine the operator for leaving an entire neighborhood in dust, or will they turn a blind eye like they did on Tsitsernakaberd Highway.”

In response to the incident, Yerevan City Hall clarified to ArmeniaSputnik, “Both the patrol service and the ambulance service, as well as employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were present during the work. The city hall was against the demolition by explosion and urged to refrain from that option. Today, demolition work was carried out using cables.”
