All Decisions Have Already Been Made: Peskov

The Kremlin suggests that the U.S. has already decided to lift restrictions on the use of long-range ATACMS missiles for attacks on Russian territory from Ukraine, stated Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian President. This was reported by interfax.ru.

This comment came in response to Western media reports indicating that U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken may allow Ukraine to use ATACMS for attacks on Russia during his visit to Kyiv.

“Most likely, all these decisions have already been made. The likelihood of this assumption is high. At this moment, a media campaign is underway to formalize the already accepted decision,” said the Kremlin spokesperson.
