Outages Begin on Telegram as Well

About an hour ago, the Telegram application also started experiencing outages. In Russia, thousands of users are unable to send messages and download videos. In Armenia, access to certain Telegram channels has become impossible. Outages are also occurring when trying to upload videos and texts.

Earlier, Auroranews reported that outages had started on the TikTok social network within the Armenian domain since the morning. Specifically, published videos are not visible on the mobile application of the social network. Numerous users are complaining that the videos disappear as soon as they are posted, and even in the settings section, it is impossible to make any changes.
