No Force Can Break the Territorial Connection Between Iran and Armenia: Grigoryan to Iranian Ambassador
"The Armenia-Iran border is a boundary of peace and friendship, and no force can break it." This statement was made by the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, during a meeting with the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Iran, Mehdi Sobhani, as reported by the Iranian Embassy in Armenia.
According to a publication on X, he emphasized the Islamic Republic of Iran's stance on the inviolability of international borders, opposing any geopolitical changes and supporting the territorial integrity of neighboring countries.
The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia expressed gratitude for Iran's support of Armenia's territorial integrity and its position on the inviolability of international borders.
"The border between Armenia and Iran is a boundary of peace, friendship, and peaceful coexistence. Armenia places special importance on its relationship with the Islamic Republic of Iran, and no force can break the territorial connection between Iran and Armenia," he stated.
The Secretary of the Security Council stressed that any unblocking within the territory of Armenia will be under the control of Armenian internal institutions and its national and territorial sovereignty.
