From Cycling to Triathlon: Arsen Torosyan Urges to Train Both Mind and Body

Following Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's cycling campaigns, MP Arsen Torosyan, a member of the ruling party and a former Minister of Health, is urging the public to train both the mind and body.

“Yesterday I participated for the first time and completed a triathlon, which consisted of 1.9 km of swimming in Lake Sevan, 90 km of cycling, and 21 km of running along the shores of Lake Sevan, covering half the distance of a full IronMan event. I decided to undertake this sporting experience about two months ago, and the intensive training that followed yielded results,” he stated.

He expressed gratitude to the organizers, adding, “The feelings are mixed because your body is exhausted, but your mind is bright. P.S. Today we started the parliamentary session, but still, we do not forget about training our bodies and minds.” Torosyan shared this message on his Facebook page. It is worth noting that the MP recently participated in the cycling campaign initiated by the Prime Minister around Lake Sevan.
