VIDEO: Vacationers in Sochi Pull Mine from the Sea

A sea mine was pulled from the waters at the Black Sea shore in Sochi. A video from the Telegram channel "Военный обозреватель" shows the moment when vacationers remove munitions from the water.

The footage captures several young people in swimsuits rolling a round, wedge-shaped object onto the beach while onlookers film the event. According to the Telegram channel, the munitions could be one of the Ukrainian mines.

Later, however, the Sochi city administration denied the information spreading on social media that a sea mine was found on the city beach. They clarified that the local police were not informed about such an incident by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Some time later, information appeared online that the incident occurred in Adler, and locals claimed the mine was actually a dummy. The Ministry of Internal Affairs also stated that they had not received any reports regarding a mine in this case.
