Putin Issues Warning to Ukraine
Putin has described the strikes on the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant by the Ukrainian armed forces as "very dangerous terrorist acts." The adversary attempted to divert Russia’s attention from its offensive in Donbas by attacking the Kursk region; however, their efforts were in vain. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum.
According to him, Kyiv is suffering significant losses, which will lead to the destruction of the front and the loss of combat readiness of the Ukrainian armed forces. "The adversary's goal was to provoke us, to create panic, to move troops from one area to another, and to halt our offensive in key directions, primarily in Donbas, which is our primary objective for liberation. Did it work? No, the enemy has failed," said the state leader.
Putin noted that the Russian Armed Forces have "stabilized the situation and have begun to gradually push the adversary back from the border areas." He also pointed out that the adversary is suffering substantial losses, both in terms of personnel and equipment.
The president labeled the attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces on the Kursk nuclear power plant as "very dangerous terrorist acts" and suggested that they imagine the consequences of a mirror response. "One can only imagine what would happen if we were to respond in kind, what would happen to the whole of this part of Europe," Putin warned.
