Arayik Harutyunyan Informed Armenian Authorities About All His Actions, Including Resignation: Ashot Ghulyan

Arayik Harutyunyan has informed the Armenian authorities, including Nikol Pashinyan, about all his actions, including his resignation. This was stated by Ashot Ghulyan, the former head of the Artsakh parliament, in an interview with 24 News.

“Since Arayik Harutyunyan is in a Baku prison, I would not want to speak about this, thinking that he will return and provide answers to all the questions. However, since the issue has become urgent, I must mention that Arayik Harutyunyan has informed the Armenian authorities, including Nikol Pashinyan, about all his actions, including his resignation. The Armenian authorities were aware of all the processes that took place 3-4 days before the collapse of Artsakh, and nothing was kept secret from them,” he said.

Regarding the possibilities of returning to Artsakh, Ghulyan noted that the Armenian authorities need to keep the issue on the agenda, which, unfortunately, they are not doing, because even in this case, Armenia would be in a stronger negotiating position with Azerbaijan.
