Temperature Drop Expected: Weather in Armenia

On September 4, the weather in the territory of the Republic of Armenia is expected to be dry during the day on the 7th and the 8th. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The wind is anticipated to blow from the southeast at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with gusts during thunderstorms reaching 17-20 m/s. In the evening of September 4-5, wind gusts of 13-16 m/s are expected in Armavir, as well as in the foothills of Kotayk and Aragatsotn.

The air temperature is forecasted to gradually decrease by 3-5 degrees from September 5-7. In Yerevan, dry weather is expected on September 4, and also on the 7th and 8th. Evening gusts of wind at speeds of 12-15 m/s are anticipated. Today's air temperature in the capital will reach 34-36 degrees during the day and 26-28 degrees in the evening.
