The activity of a dairy processing plant owned by individual entrepreneur Liana Grigoryan, located in the village of Akner in the Syunik region, has been suspended following inspections by the Food Safety Inspectorate's Syunik regional center.
During the inspections, several sanitary-hygienic violations were identified that contradict legal requirements. Specifically:
- The design, construction, layout, and size of the production facilities did not prevent the intrusion of animals (including rodents and insects).
- The surfaces of floors, walls, and ceilings were not made of waterproof, washable, and disinfectable materials, failing to ensure protection from dirt accumulation, particle spillage, and mold formation.
- No established frequency for the cleaning, washing, disinfecting, pest control, and rodent extermination processes of the production facilities, technological equipment, and assets used in the food production process.
- The packaging of dairy products was not carried out in conditions ensuring product safety.
- The raw milk, raw defatted milk, and raw cream used for processing lacked accompanying documentation.
- Unintended materials for food production were stored in production facilities, including renovation supplies.
- Renovation work was conducted simultaneously in production facilities during the production process.
- Two employees in direct contact with food lacked sanitary books and had not undergone mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations.
- The transportation vehicle for food did not have a sanitary passport.
The production activity of the dairy processing plant has been suspended, and a deadline for addressing the violations has been set. This was reported by the Food Safety Inspectorate.
