Video: Shahramanyan on the Return to Artsakh

The return to Artsakh will only be possible with international guarantees, and under such conditions, the people of Artsakh are ready to negotiate for a prompt resolution of this issue. This was stated by the President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, during a conversation with reporters at the Yerablur military pantheon on the day of Artsakh's independence.

“Our return will only be possible with international guarantees, and it must be dignified and just. The most important thing is that we feel safe in our homeland. If these conditions are met, we are also ready to negotiate for a prompt resolution of these issues. Our return is our right, and it cannot contradict the state interests of the Republic of Armenia,” emphasized Shahramanyan.
