«The Constitution of Armenia and several other normative acts still contain territorial claims against Azerbaijan,» stated Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during a joint press conference with Serbia's Foreign Minister Marko Djuric. «This is the most serious threat to the peace process. Compared to 2024, Armenia's military budget has increased by nearly 50%. This process is an obstacle to establishing peace and stability in the region,» Bayramov said.
