Putin Urges Students Not to Take Him as a 'Bad Example'

The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, held an open class titled "Talk About Important Things" at one of the schools in Kyzyl, during which students asked the president questions about his daily routine. This was reported by TASS.

Putin admitted that he only slept for four hours today, but usually tries to get about six hours of sleep. He called his own example a "bad" one. "I don’t want to lie; I’ll say it straight, but my example is bad, so don’t take it from me. The fact that I only slept four hours today... not because I am such a busy person, but because I can't organize my workday properly," Putin stated.

He emphasized that six hours of sleep is very little and that one should sleep at least eight hours. The president added that schoolchildren should not follow his example. "Every person should critically assess everything they do and draw conclusions. I will try to do this, and I advise you to do the same," Putin concluded.
