Artsakh’s National Assembly Establishes Committee, Says Samvel Shahramanyan

The day of independence for Artsakh is, unfortunately, a day of bitterness today. This was stated by the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, during a conversation with journalists at Yerablur.

“Unfortunately, today we have lost Artsakh. We always celebrated this day as a holiday, but today it is more of a day of bitterness. We have great hopes that we will succeed and return to our homeland,” he noted.

According to Shahramanyan, the issue of return is always at the forefront of their attention, and to address it, the National Assembly of Artsakh has established a committee led by former Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan.
