Approximately 30 Rockets Fired from Lebanese Territory Towards Israel: IDF

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have detected approximately thirty rockets fired from Lebanese territory towards the Galilee region in northern Israel. This information comes from the press service of the Israeli army.

"After an air raid siren was sounded some time ago in the Western Galilee area, about thirty rockets were identified as having been launched from Lebanon," the statement said.

The army's press service added that there have been no reports of casualties.

The situation along the Israel-Lebanon border has escalated since the onset of Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip in October 2023. Israeli forces and fighters from the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah have been exchanging fire across the border daily.
