According to the publication, "The founder of Telegram and his companion Yulia Vavilova are enjoying the Parisian life." The couple is noted to be "actively searching for an apartment in the French capital." Previously, Durov had been prohibited from leaving the country due to suspicions of involvement in several crimes. The businessman was arrested by French intelligence services at the end of August.
