VIDEO: Armenia Presents New Proposal to Baku, Says Prime Minister

Armenia has presented a new proposal to Baku, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced during a press conference. "The essence of the proposal is as follows: In the latest draft of the Peace Treaty, we have 17 articles, of which 13 are fully agreed upon, including the preamble. The remaining 3 articles consist of more than one sentence, and the vocabulary of the majority of those articles has been agreed upon.

We have proposed to take all the agreed articles and formulations and sign them as a peace treaty because that is precisely the Peace Treaty. Why do we consider this possible? Because it enshrines all the fundamental principles of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan."
